Please excuse some rough edges here and there on this website. This is still my place to play around with stuff that is on my mind. So it has to adapt. Behind the scenes I began to integrate content from social sites. (And I mean really integrating, not just slapping a badge in the sidebar.) I started with Twitter, pulling all tweets that start with a capital letter into a new post by the magic of Gnip. This made it possible to quasi-life tweet the birth of our daughter and to drop a thought or a link on the go from my iPhone. I enjoy it, so I will keep that. (And I promise to keep it focused and to the point. This is not Twitter, so if you want to read every tweet, please follow me.)

The higher frequency of shorter content does not look too good in the current web design and ugly in the RSS feed, sorry for that. I would like to whip up a new, more focused and fitting design as soon as I can. On the other hand my current lifetime is spent with Warrior projects, teaching at interaction design at the Ohm Hochschule and—most recently—with being a dad. So please don’t hold your breath…

I still believe in personal publishing on the web, and I still believe a personal website is the best way to do it for me. I will continue to use Twitter, Del.icio.us and Flickr, but tint.de will stay the central piece.
